Rustle this sweater up in time for the winter. The yarn is really lovely to knit with creating a lovely interesting gradation of colour. It was a really popular yarn in the shop I used to own (see About me) and was bought as a double knit substitute.
The pattern supplied to make this is a Stylecraft one, if you look closely (on my sample) you can see the stars knitted in moss stitch across the body. Obviously if you want to keep things simple you could omit these and knit as stocking stitch.
The yardage is great on this yarn with 400 metres for 100g which is why you only need 3 balls for the first 2 sizes and 4 balls for the 3rd and 4th sizes..
