Granny Stitch Crochet Blanket Kit in Sirdar Jewelspun Aran

I absolutely love the mix of these 3 Sirdar Jewelspun yarn colours together, green is my favourite colour!

If you're not sure the stitch is the ‘granny’ stitch which is a group of 3 trebles.  To create the zig zag or chevron effect  you place 3 chains between 2 groups of trebles and by working a 3 treble cluster.  The instructions will explain it in more detail.

To avoid disappointment, I advise that after a few rows you check the width of your blanket to ensure it matches my tension and blanket size.

The finished size is approximately - 110cm x 145cm.

• My sample was made using a 7mm hook. if you are a looser crocheter I recommend a 6mm hook
• Sewing needle for the ends
• Yarn snips or scissors
