Shipping & Packaging information
My Packaging Story - I am an obsessive recycler and am not keen on excess packaging used to post parcels. So to that end here is more about Knit One Kits packaging.
The green plastic bags I use are made from recycled plastic and the clear plastic bags I use for some kits are Biodegradable. I had a look at paper packaging but for two reasons I still use plastic, firstly I can't find a bag big enough to hold some of my larger kits and secondly I had one order that was left on a doorstep and subsequently got very wet and spoilt! Patterns are sent in a card backed envelope. This is the standard packaging and is called 'No Fuss'
Many of my orders are bought as gifts and I appreciate that this simpler packing approach may not cut the mustard when it comes to presentation. So you can select to have your package packed in a 'White Gift Box'. You will see this displayed at the check out under the shipping costs drop down. The order will be packed in a white cardboard box, with tissue and an outer protective plastic wrapper. I can also add a personal note from you if you contact me on knitone247@gmail.com at the time of ordering.

OVERSEAS PARCELS
Regrettably until further notice I am unable to ship to the US. Some of the product I sell is made in the UK but much of it is made in other countries such as Italy, Turkey and India. As you can imagine tariffs for these countries will not be the same and as yet I can not see how to apply different postage and tariff charges to each item I sell. I am working on it though.
