This is a lovely really long/wide shawl to wrap around yourself to keep the winter chills out! It's dead easy, just knitting every row with increasing and decreases to create the cute little points to the edge.

You will not need to block this scarf out as the garter stitch is kind of 'self flattening'!

Finished size around 240cm x 44cm depending on tension.

  • 1 x 200g ball Rico Creative Melange Wonderball
  • 1 x 5mm 80cm or 100cm circular
  • Scissors 
  • Sewing up needle (to weave in your ends)

Beautiful Simple Pattern

This pattern is so simple but makes a beautiful shawl. It is much admired at my knit n natter group. It is very freeing not having to count stitches, worry about tension or measure, you just keep going until you have used up the yarn. The edging is very pretty and is created as you knit so no picking up stitches either. I really recommend this pattern.
