About the Hayfield Bonus DK V Neck Pattern
Create this stylish cardigan using Sirdar Bonus Double Knit or any double knit yarn with a tension of 28 rows x 22 stitches to 10cm. It has a V neck with slim set in sleeves. One thing to note about this pattern is it uses two strands of double knit together.
The construction is a traditional one, knitting a back and front with two sleeves and sewing them together. I always find mattress stitch the best way to sew up my garments.
The pattern does not mention it but from experience I would wind the two strands together into one new ball and knit from this. If you hold the two strands separately and knit with them they can twist. It's worth the extra time in the long run.
Colour A Rainforest 668, colour B Neon Green 552. I do not stock this yarn but it is widely available.
