This gorgeous baby cardigan can be made with either short or long sleeves and has a clever design for minimal finishing. It is knitted from the bottom up from the back hem to shoulders, then the right and left fronts are worked separately to the front hem. You end up one piece of knitting! This cuts down on sewing up with only a side seam and underarm seaming needed.
It has an edge to edge front, so you can add ribbon or a hook and eye to close the front edges.
