About Domino baby buggy blanket knitting kit
This blanket knitting kit uses the beautifully multicoloured Lang Mille Colori Baby Merino yarn. Because it changes colour, you can keep knitting from the same ball of wool with no colour changing required! To add a touch of finesse and luxury to this blanket we have added an i-cord edge; neatening the edges once it has been blocked.
The technique known as modular or domino knitting, meaning that every square is knitted onto an adjoining square so you have NO sewing together. By picking up stitches from the neighbouring squares you never have to sew any of them together. You’ll be an expert at picking up by the end of it.
The clear, full colour instructions show how to do this step by step as well as the i-cord edging too.
The finished size of this knitting kit project is approximately 64cm x 82cm an ideal size of a car seat, buggy or cot.
