The kit version of this knitted blanket is made with Katia Merino 100% double knit. You can use any double knit using six colours or fewer, choose colours to suit the buggy or room decor.

SKILL LEVEL
- Intermediate/confident beginner
- Skills required, changing colours (and sewing the ends in), picking up stitches to knit the border, knit stitch. If you are a neat confident beginner knitter you should find this quite straight forward but if you are still finding your way with knitting then it's probably not for you.
TOOLS YOU WILL NEED
- 6 x 50g (102m/111yds) balls double knit
- Ideally a pair of 80cm x 4mm circulars. This will also help you with the long border edge. Otherwise if you prefer straight needles use a 35cm pair for ease. If you are a tight knitter use a 4.5mm
- Scissors
- sewing up needle.
