The stitch is the lovely simple half treble stitch, repeated every row, couldn't be simpler! For a non beginner this is a great TV watching project. A perfect gift for a crocheter friend at Christmas or their birthday. Or have a go yourself. Make one for your living space, bedroom or kitchen.
Knit One Kits top tip: make your chain row with the next size up hook then for Row 1 carry on with the recommended size hook. This stops the edge from 'pulling' in.

Alison packed and sent the wool and crochet hook very speedily. I can't comment on the made up cushion (yet) but I have made a blanket previously using one of Knit One Knits kits and I'm very pleased with the quality wool and distinctive colour way now it is crocheted up.
