Using this 4 ply multi coloured 100% merino yarn and a 4.5mm hook you can create a soft luxurious statement scarf. Keep it for yourself or make it for a friend.
After making this sample I had a friend test the tension for me. I crochet in a very tight and measured way so I used a 4.5mm to make the sample. If you are a more fluid crocheter then I suggest a 4mm or 3.5mm hook may be what you need to use. But only you will know the look you prefer and how you can achieve it so play around before settling on the hook to use. There is also plenty of yarn to make the scarf longer or wider. Add multiples of 4 extra chains to make you scarf wider.
Your scarf should measure 12 cm x 204cm depending on your preference
